The head office does NOT handle any warranty claims. Warranty issues ALWAYS must be handled by your national distributor. Turn to your local dealer (or any official North Kiteboarding dealer) with all information, photos and etc. regarding your warranty claim. Your claim will be forwarded to the national distribution who will review your warranty.
If you want to become a sponsored North Kiteboarding teamrider or opinion leader, please get in touch with your national distributor. International sponsorship begins with your National team. Direct-to-International team will only be accepted in exceptional cases and only for kiters with international experience and international resume.
We do not stock or sell any equipment for direct sales at the international headquarters. Please see your national distributor or check out the dealersearch to get a list of local dealers closest to you.
In case you are a beginner or far away from the best kite spots and you are looking for locations to ride, please search the numerous Internet forums and place your questions there, as we do not have informations on kite locations all around the world.
